What an Intimacy Coordinator (IC) Does
An Intimacy Coordinator (IC), is a trained professional who advocates with actors while collaborating with production on scenes involving nudity, simulated sex, and other hyper-exposed moments. An IC can help take the pressure off of directors and actors, by providing clear communication, choreography and support around these aspects of the story, so everyone can focus on the story.
